2. Software licence
Where a subscription or project includes the metal inventory modules, we grant the named customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for its internal operations during the paid term. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where the law expressly allows it.
You are responsible for devices, scanners, and network access on your side. We will publish the practical requirements before go-live rather than assume a particular machine. Accounts are for named users and must not be shared.
3. Data use and privacy
Inventory data you load into the platform is processed to deliver the service you contracted. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell that data.
- Customer records remain the customer's data. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve reliability.
- Transaction logs that form part of a financial record are kept for the period UK law requires, commonly up to 7 years.
- Security reviews of the production environment are carried out by the Abeleworks team in the United Kingdom, with specialist support where a review needs it.
4. The website
Case studies and performance figures describe reported outcomes for named situations. They are not a promise that your plant will see the same percentage. Demo requests made through the contact form open a message to [email protected]. We reply during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time.
You may not misuse the site, attempt to probe it, or submit unlawful content through the form.
5. Liability
Nothing on this website excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. For use of the public pages, we are not liable for decisions you make from general information before a contract exists. Service-level liability is set in the signed agreement.
